Our Honduras Organic Reserva is a rare single-origin coffee grown at breathtaking elevations in the Pico Congolon mountain range, nestled between two pristine biological reserves: Reserva Biológica de Opalaca and Reserva Biológica Volcán Pacavita. This extraordinary terroir produces a coffee that's as complex as the landscape it comes from.

This lot is a collaboration between two farmers united by a shared passion for quality: Silvestre Vasquez, whose farm crowns the peaks of Pico Congolon, and Joel Lopez, whose family has cultivated coffee at Los Lesquines since 1865 — four generations of craft across 67 hectares of Bourbon, Caturra, and Catuai varieties.
